A MORTIFIED mum has slammed a "filthy" five-star resort she stayed at in Turkey which had pools of dirt floating in the water.

Rachael had jetted off on the pricey two-week break to the popular tourist hotspot of Sorgun with her family earlier this month.

But instead of arriving at the Azura Deluxe Hotel to a pristine swimming pool to cool off in, the horrified mum had to keep her kids out of the murky water.

She claims "actual filth" was oozing out of the pool filters, leaving clusters of dirt disgustingly floating in the facilities.

Shocking footage shows clumps of dark sludge hovering in the empty swimming pool as sickened guests survey the water.

Rachael explained she and her loved ones had been enjoying a dip when the muck alarmingly "seeped around" them.

The family hurried out of the grimy pool, before the mum took several snaps to document the gruesome conditions.

In a TikTok video venting her frustrations, the mum said: "NEVER have I experienced actual filth pushing through pool filters, not shocked though as this pool is disgusting.

"It started coming up through all the filters whilst we were all in it, defo wasn't the dye some places put in for pee offenders."

Further images of other areas of the pool appear to show a cloudy green cast that had covered the water.

And her holiday horror didn't just stop at the unsanitary pool – as Racheal claimed the entire hotel was "filthy".

Shocking pictures show the outdoor area covered in grime, flooded steps covered in sludge leading up to a waterslide and haphazard pool tiles.

She also showed off the shoddy workmanship at the luxury resort, with discoloured and damaged filters surrounding the pool.

The furious holidaymaker vowed she would "never go back" to the Azura Deluxe Hotel while alleging she was not the only tourist with complaints.

The mum even alleged management at the resort tried to persuade guests to remove negative reviews.

Rachael added: "It's not a cheap hotel! Even if it was, there's no excuse for it to be this filthy."

She explained she had previously stayed at many five-star hotels in Turkey, which have all been "immaculate".

Despite her grim start to her holiday, the Brit said her brood "made the best of it".
