A FORMER cleaner from Australia has told how her breasts grew from an E cup to a JJ cup after she started a course of medication because her weight gain went mostly to her chest.

While Pamelia James, 27, was initially down about the "weird" effect of the drug, she now makes £142k a year online with her new assets.

The Only Fans model explained that she was struggling with her mental health in 2018 when she reached out for help to her doctor and a psychiatrist.

She was prescribed antipsychotic drug quetiapine – sold under the brand name Seroquel among others – and her depression symptoms started to alleviate.

Soon enough, James started noticing she was gaining weight, despite not changing her diet or her exercise routine.

Almost four years later, the young woman has gained 83.7lbs and has gone from a dress size 10-12 to a size 18-20.

“I was so confused, as nothing else had changed. My eating and exercise habits were the same as always,” she told news.com.au.

“I was never told this could happen, only that I’d get a dry mouth and drowsiness.

“But after I gained weight, I googled it and saw that many people were going through similar experiences.”

Like most antipsychotics, quetiapine therapy is associated with weight gain, because of the alteration of the body's hormones – something her doctor confirmed.

“I was a bit down about it at first, so I asked to go on a different medication to help stop the weight gain, but my mental health really suffered, so I decided to go back on,” she explained.

“I’m now on 200mg of seroquel, and have gained about 38kg in total since I started.

“I wasn’t worried about my weight, but I just didn’t know how to dress for my new body. I found it really hard at first.”

The model from Victoria said her genetics meant that her weight gain had "mostly gone to her chest" – a rarity.

“I’ve always been a bigger busted girl, so I think this all comes down to genetics,” she said.

“A lot of my weight just goes to my breasts, which I’m honestly fine about."

The young woman said she has never been happier with her body, and is now making a living from her JJ-cup sized breasts, which many believe are implants.

James now boasts 103,000 followers on Instagram.

While weight gain is a possible side effect from antipsychotic or antidepressant drugs, each individual responds to the medication differently.
