A MAN has been stabbed to death reportedly after leaving a kebab shop in South London as cops hunt for the knifeman.
Police flooded the area in Surbiton Road, Kingston, shortly after 7pm on Wednesday after a man was attacked.
Officers attended along with ambulance crews but the man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed, police say.
It is understood that the victim had left a kebab shop shortly before he was attacked nearby.
Cops taped off the area outside a parade of shops as officers investigated.
A spokesman for Met Police said: "Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
"At this early stage of the investigation, there have been no arrests."

It comes after an 18-year-old man and a girl aged 16 were arrested on suspicion of murder after a teenager died in an alleged stabbing.
Police rushed to a house in Stretton, Staffordshire, at about 1.35am on Saturday following reports of a knifing.
A man, believed to be 19 years old, was treated at the scene on Bridgeside but died a short while later despite the best efforts of medical staff.
