Manage a team of 20+ AEs & Team Leads. Report on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and deliver competitive business insights, trends and analysis to drive ongoing performance improvements. Coach and inspire individual team members to drive performance and team culture. Requirements A BA/BS Degree 5-8+ years experience in sales or account management 5+ years of leading/coaching a team You have experience working with agencies or digital marketing companies Experience starting relationships with agencies Compensation Base: $250,000 OTE: $350,000Intelletec
