EBO, a multinational artificial intelligence (AI) virtual agent company, announced that Alexandros Patsalides had been appointed as Director for its Financial Services Division with headquarters in Cyprus. In a press release shared exclusively with Finance Magnates, Patsalides will lead a division that comprises the firm’s banking, forex, payment providers, and insurances fronts.
Prior to his new role at EBO, Patsalides worked as Sales Manager for the EMEIA Region for Tools for Brokers, Country Sales Manager for IBM Italia S.p.A in its Cyprus branch, and as CIO of the Executive Business School P.A. College. “Alexandros will empower the strategic growth of our customers through his vast knowledge of digital transformation. EBO’s mission is to accelerate the change in the customer engagement industry by providing AI tools to companies of all sizes. The new Financial Services Division Director for EBO arrives at the company where it has witnessed a growth in its influence and revenue.
